Establishing and relating to the Alaska Arctic Policy Commission, was

Senator Stedman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                                                 
the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on                                                              
page 2265. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                                                                        
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 23(FIN) was adopted and was
